If you are willing to take the time to learn about the best techniques and dieting available to help you gain muscle then you are well on your way to getting that chiseled body you want. You must be willing to do some hard work but once you see the results it will be a small price to pay. To build muscle quickly you will need to reduce the amount of time you spend in the gym and increase the effectiveness of your workouts. You should be spending less than one hour per day five days a week working out. Any more than this and you will be wasting your time and energy.
