Fastest Way To Build Muscle
Author: Kevin Forrester
The fastest way to build muscle is through education and hard work. If you are willing to take the time to learn about the best techniques and dieting available to help you gain muscle then you are well on your way to getting that chiseled body you want. You must be willing to do some hard work but once you see the results it will be a small price to pay. It is also important that you follow the best program available so that you can maximize your gains and minimize your learning curve.
To build muscle quickly you will need to reduce the amount of time you spend in the gym and increase the effectiveness of your workouts. You should be spending less than one hour per day five days a week working out. Any more than this and you will be wasting your time and energy. If you lift effectively for that one-hour you will be impressed by the gains you will be making. If you over train, like so many others, you will only stop whatever progress you were making and even risk losing the gains that you have made.
Our bodies need adequate rest in between workouts in order to grow to their maximum potential. If you continue to workout a body part more than once a week you will not be giving that body part a chance to recuperate and grow bigger and stronger. By adequately resting and eating the proper diet you will be on your way to a much bigger and much stronger body.
If you want the fastest way to build muscle you will also need the right amount of protein in your diet. Protein in the right quantities and at the right time will give your muscles the growth producing results you are looking for. Try to eat five to six small meals a day, which have the correct combination of protein, carbohydrates and fats. Try to eat at least one gram of protein per one pound of lean body mass. Since your body can only handle a small amount of protein at one time it is necessary to stretch this out over the course of the day. You can find the fastest way to build muscle, you just have to make the commitment to do it and do it correctly. You also need to follow a well-established program. Good luck and good training.
