Skinny Guy Secrets To Insane Muscle Growth

Editorial Review:
Vince Delmonte's program, Skinny Guy Secrets To Insane Muscle Growth, is relatively new to the muscle building program world but is making some serious waves in the industry. The Skinny Guy Secrets To Insane Muscle Growth is broken up into sections he calls "Growth Principles" - there are (9) growth principles in all that build upon each other until you have a solid understanding of exactly how to train for maximum muscle growth in the shortest amount of time.
Vince also does a great job explaining the myths surrounding bodybuilding and helps you "get your mind right" before you even start the program or touch a weight.
Vince takes great pains to help you understand how specific factors effect your Testosterone levels, Insulin levels, GH levels, Cortisol Levels and Glucagon - this powerful information is often overlooked in other manuals and could mean the difference between success and failure.
If you've been looking for a step-by-step muscle building workout program which includes a comprehensive dieting plan that takes the guess work out of gaining muscle then I highly recommend Skinny Guy Secrets To Insane Muscle Growth

Lose Fat Gain Muscle

Lose Fat Gain Muscle

Author: Kevin Forrester

So you want to lose fat and gain muscle. In order to lose fat and gain muscle you are going to have to change the way you are training and eating right now. If you aren’t training then you need to start an exercise program that is geared to your goals of losing fat and gaining muscle. These two things are sometimes mutually exclusive. You can start a weight lifting program and gain muscle mass but not lose much fat. The real trick is to get on an exercise and supplement program that is geared to your ultimate goals of also losing fat.

To lose fat and also gain muscle you have to trick your body into burning its fat stores as energy and not the protein that you need for muscle growth. One way of doing this is to cycle your protein intake over the course of several months.

You start your cycle with a high protein intake and a corresponding workout schedule. After approximately six weeks of high protein intake you will dramatically decrease the amount of protein that you consume. You will continue this protein depravation for another couple weeks until you cycle back up to a high protein state. What happens is that while you are on a high protein cycle your body is becoming used to the adequate stores of protein. Once you deprive your body of this protein while in your low protein intake cycle, your body will hungrily use all the protein it has as adequately as possible.

You will start to gradually increase your protein intake over the next week until you are at your high protein intake levels of the first several weeks of your program. The body, being adaptive, will greedily hoard all the protein it can in anticipation of another protein deficit. It will instead use its fat stores as energy and store the protein in your muscles. When the protein is stored in your muscles they will nourish on this protein and grow while at the same time reducing your levels of fat that was used as energy to fuel your workouts.

This is a simple version of what is possible with the right program. There are definitely ways to lose fat and gain muscle. The trick is in finding the program that works.
